This interactive data visualization does something I have never seen - before even interacting with the data, a window pops up to explain how a user can understand what they are viewing. Normally graphs with these many data points look overcrowded, but this graphic avoids that by grouping the total information and using fading of colors to reduce clutter. When a user wants to know about one particular food, the graphic clears away the other information. The graphic uses colors, scale, connecting lines, and sizing to successfully depict a lot of information about many different flavors.
